Goals for 2009

1) Fitness: Lean weight gain to 80kgs with below 10% body fat and visible sixpack. Complete the 500 workout in one day.

2) Finance: Open investment portfolio with $4000 by the end of January. Increase personal worth to over $14000 in one year.

3) Art: Produce 16 salable artworks. Hold a joint exhibition with other artists.

4) Learning: Read 12 books on any topic.

5) Health: Brush and floss every day at least once.

6) Romance: Enjoy any romantic relationships that occur as they are, for as long as they last.

What's the 500 workout? It sounds hard.

Bodyweight 500 Workout:
* 50 Prisoner Squats
* 50 Pushups
* 25 Jumps
* 25 Stability Ball Leg Curls
* 50 Stability Ball Jackknifes
* 50 Step-ups (25 reps per side)
* 25 Pull-ups
* 50 Forward Lunges (25 reps per side)
* 50 Close-grip Pushups
* 50 Inverted Rows
* 50 Squats
* 25 Chin-ups

It is a modification of the workout used by the actors in the movie "300".

Those guys were ripped. i think if i had time I could achieve this work out, but it would take a few weeks before I'd be in good enough shape.
